Designed to withstand high pressure and enable direct measurement of molten material. The free running body will enable the blade style tip to be orientated, to minimize obstruction to the plastic flow, as well as allowing the bolt to be screwed into the process without twisting the cable. This 152mm (6”) long bolt is available with either ½”UNF or M18 x 1.5mm process threads and blade lengths from 0mm to 20mm.
Additional features included are a PTFE insulated behind the tip to reduce cold end effect and a 1.5mmØ MI sensor with grounded hot junction at the end of the tip for fast response..
