Designed to withstand the very high pressure experienced within the nozzles of plastics extruders and injection moulding machines. The thermocouples enable direct temperature measurement of the molten plastic. The probe element is thermally grounded to the bolt (insulated can be specified). The immersion depth (probe extension beyond the bolt) must be specified. The probe is terminated in a standard male plug.
