Southern Temperature Sensors Ltd have the capability to supply a wide range of platinum resistance thermometers using either thin film or wire wound technology. As with our range of thermocouples, all sensors are supplied to order so that each individual specification is met. Southern Temperature Sensors Ltd specialise particularly in the smaller type of assembly but can also cope with larger "industrial" types with thermowells, terminal heads and temperature transmitters as required.

• 2, 3 or 4 wire connection to order.
• BS1904:1984:Class B or Class A tolerances, or close tolerance elements held in stock.
• Standard 100 ohms at 0°C to BS1904:1984 (Pt100), or alternative Ro versions.
• Pt50, Pt500 and Pt1000 also available.
• Single or Duplex versions.
• Various terminations available:- connecting head, extension leads and/or connectors.
• Various extension lead insulations available:- PVC, Tefzel (ETFE), FEP, PTFE, Silicone Rubber and Glass Fibre.
• Electrical screening possible in most designs.
• Thermowells and spring loaded inserts.
• Surface or air sensing designs.
• In-Head 4-20mA temperature transmitters held in stock.
